Im doing hammer curls and '21s' (7 bottom half reps, 7 top half reps and 7 full reps) using 34lb dumbells. I am pleased with the increase in size of my arms however when i tense them to their maximum, there doesnt seem to be any muscle about an inch from my elbow joint
(if that makes sense). It seems to be concentrated in the centre of my arm, which i do NOT like. Has anyone else had this problem or and solutions to correct it? I have dumbells and a barbell if that helps. cheers guys!
