Hi, when I do my bicep curls I get pins and needles in my forearms which go away as soon as I stop curling. It doesn't hurt but I was just wondering if anyone knew why.
How long it be doing that for mate? I sometimes get pains in my forarms or cramp in my hand when doing this but I leave it for that session and when i go back to it the next day im fine Maybe try this matey
If its hot and pin pokey you might be pinching a nerve or something somehow in the motion. If its a kind of twangy tingly thing it might be a tendon or ligament problem. Either way try changing the grip style and see what happens.
