bicep and arm problems

im one of those people that does a lot of bicep lifting. i started lifting when i was like 12 and when i fall out of my routine (happens a lot) i usually keep doing my biceps a little because i have dumbell in my room. my problem is i can just get my ten reps, but about 15 minutes after my workout i feel like i could do it again with no problems. they never feel "mushy" like other parts i have been working out.

i took advantage of my vacation to jump back into lifting and i joined this forum.
 
how many sets are you doing for biceps? maybe you've got imperfect form, and are using body english or shoulder motion to move the bar, so the bi's don't get worn out.
 
maybe your right ill try concentration curls to get more stability. they do feel worn rightr after i do it but very shortly after that they feel normal and i can do it again. im only doing 3 sets should i up them maybe?
