Hello everybody! I decided to start a diary in order to keep a track of my journey. So I started dieting around 2 months ago and I went from 68 kgs to 65( I have 1,70m) . I can't say i'm satisfied with my progress and my goal is to have 55 by august. I joined a local gym and started lifting and doing TRX suspension training( it's a pretty fun workout)
My biggest flaw is that I am in love with carbs. Cakes, chocolate, bread, ice cream...you name it.. and sometimes I slip and in order to retake control over my diet I have to do huge efforts.
I hope that this diary will somehow be like a voice of conscience to help me over the daily struggles
Also sorry for my eventual grammar errors. English is not my frist language :)

I was wondering...are meal replacement shakes as ideal as they seem? It's quite convenient to get 30 gr of protein from something that has only 100 calories

Welcome to the forum!!!

You sound like my wife and I - we looooove carbs. We actually get crabby if we don't eat carbs for a few days and end up fighting with each other for no reason. Anyway, good luck on your weight loss journey.

Oh, and what is TRX suspension training? I've never heard of that before.

basically workout based on body strenght. And how do you manage restraining from them? I still live with my family and the fridge is always stocked with chocolate and pudding. Oreos everywhere. It's like a huge maze of bad calories

Welcome and good luck on your weight loss journey! I like protein shakes for breakfast. Looks like a good workout.

hmm I'm taking a meal replacement shake for dinner..it's a very light one, only 100 calories and 30 grams of protein. By the way your picture is very motivational :D
