Ok so i am 6ft 1inch and i currently weigh around 78kg.
i have been going to the gym for like 6 months. and i have made noticeable progress. for example. when i first went to the gym i benced like 25kg or 30 kg, something of the sort. now i bench press 60kg (10 times ofc) possibly the thing i noticed most.
(i`m bulking btw)
anyways what should the average BF measurement be for me? 20%?
i`m saying this becuase i have noticed that i have put on a a bit of fat and i want to start working on a routine to get rid of it while keeping my muscle(as much as possibly ofc)
so can you tell me averafe BF %age (approximation)
what should it go up too till i should start getting rid of the fat.
currently i can grab my belly fat and my fingers will be like 1-1.5cm apart. note i`m not touching my abs when i do this, so yes quite alot of fat i personaly think
