Hi, My name is Beth and I am once again on the diet train! WOOHOOO!
Most of my life I a have been over weight until one day, rather than by a size 20 jeans cause my 18's wouldn't fit anymore, I went to a clinic and lost a 100 pounds. I have never been so thin and felt so good about my self in all my life...I loved it!
That was 6 years ago. 2 years ago I got married a wonderful man who tells me I am beautiful every day and never makes me feel any less. Must be why I have gained back 50 pounds...he just keeps telling me I am beautiful! LOL
We are trying to have a baby and hope that will happen soon, but we have been trying since we got married. And so while I have been packing on the pounds, I have been thinking "oh, I will just go on a diet after the baby gets here". That line of thinking coupled with 24 months and no baby is most likely why I have packed on the pounds. So, even if I get pregnant tomorrow, I need not gain another pound today and it wouldn't hurt to lose a few (50?) before I get PG anyway.
So in a nut shell, that's why i am here. I want to lose some weight until I get PG (could be next month could be next year) and then once the baby is here, I want to get back to the weight that I was when I lost the first 100 pounds.
I am 31, I lift weights and do cardio 4-5 times a week and have for the last 6years...that is the one thing that I did not give up on even while I have been gaining weight. I don't eat all that bad, no fast food or anything, but I don't eat as healthy as I use to either. Seems like every day I am just one pound heavier and its getting a little discouraging. I don't want to buy bigger clothes...just want to fit into the ones that I have

I thought that I would post some issues that I am having and see if I got any advise over the weekend to help me start my week.
Now I just have to try and lose a pound or two this week and not gain any over the 5 day trip we are about to take with the kids in our travel trailer. We are going to a state park and meals will be mostly BBQ and salads. Lots of hiking and biking and swimming with the kids. So it should be a pretty good trip all in all weight wise
