Bet you havn't seen this method before...

This is my workout I've sorta made up... you can do this on any bike.. so really anyone can do this. I've been doing this for a few months now.. I don't have before pictures, but its not like I really had much to start from, but now I have after pictures, and a short video of what I do. I think this is the best full body workout I have ever done.. every day I still feel a huge burn in my legs, chest, shoulders, back, tricepts, and even abs... this is kinda what I have to show for it.. but I think it can improve.

Each to their own, eh?

Tell me something - What does your heart rate get up to when your hopping on your bike?
It may work well for cardio, but its not going to make you stronger.
 
Fitness wise, I'd guess that is pretty equivalent to skipping rope, except it obviously requires a lot more skill, balance and coordination.
 
yes, except after every set I do... my abs burn, my sholders burn, so does my chest and my back burns like crazy...
 
Sara -good call, just what I was thinking.

Dr Game - Just cos your muscles burn't, dont mean its doing them any good. To build stong muscles you need maximum range of motion, and maximum resistance.
 
no i guess its good for cardio then.. cus I did 80 short bursts of lifting a 30lb bike in 30 seconds with all upper body
