Best Way

right now im benching 112.7 lbs.. aswell i have two 15lbs two 20 lbs and two 30lbs dumbells.. what would be the best way to get good pecs? any certain excercise? also for the back
 
do:

dumbell bench 3 sets 8 reps 30 lbs.
dumbbell flyes 3 sets 8 reps 20 lbs.
incline bench 3 sets 12 reps 20/30 lbs. (whichever one you can do)
