I only wish he would have gone more in depth on the difference between high gi carbs and fruit/veggies/nuts, etc rather than just touching upon it by saying 'eat fruits and veggies and nuts'. It comes off as "all carbs are bad" when thats indeed not the case. And of course there is the obvious slant of this not applying to athletes where we want carbs. Regardless, amazing watch.
