Best Multivitamin

What are your preffered multivitamins?

I use GNC mega multi ... are these high quality?
I know gnc sellers make commission off of these, but they seem to be pretty high quality and such.
Just checking to see if anybody else has used them and if they know if they are a high grade multivitamin. (do most vitamins get absorbed?)

Tons of guys on my team used the GNC multi, but that was mainly due to convenience I think.

This has served me the best out of all I tried though....
 
a very basic thing to look for is taking it several times a day. I take one from "NOW" which is not the best but it works fine, twinlabs, AST and beverly international make good ones. GNC typicaly have lower quality products than many online stores well the ones ive seen. beverly int. is the best so far.
