Best exercise for pec antagonists?

I realize I'm doing a lot of bench press and pushups for pecs, but nothing for their antagonists. What is the best gym exercise to work the muscles that antagonize the pecs? Bent over rows? Seated cable pulls?

Both of those exercises fit the bill. You can also do bodyweight rows by hanging a barbell on a squat rack, lying on the ground under the bar and pulling yourself up.

If you were to train your pecs only, your shoulders will start to curve inwards. I used to seen goons at the university gym with that problem all the time. Not a good look.

Thanks Evan. I have seen folks like that too and it is definitely not a pretty sight.
