Best excercises

What would the best exercises to build up a six pack be? And would taking whey before and after help speed up the process?
 
You already have the muscles for a 6-pack. You need to burn body fat in order to make them show, and unfortunately, no amount of crunches and sit-ups will make that happen alone.

Whey is fine to have after a workout in order to help with muscle recovery. Taking it before as well won't do anything extra, though.
 
Thanks, I don't think there's much fat to lose though, I'll upload a picture tomorrow, but what exercises would you recommend to build up the muscles?

i just do about 20 leg raises and 20 sit ups 3 times a week for my abs.. Seems to be working great for me ;)

On a side note,
I also run 30mins/5km everyday.. And squat 400lbs every once a week XD
 
Belly parts are the most sensitive parts which stores heavy fats easily so it is quite tough to get a flat belly with perfect abs, but regular crunch exercises and a strict diet plan may helps to get perfect abs.
 
To get a perfect abs, with exercise you should have to take some supplements. These supplements reduce your fat and boost your energy level. There are many supplements you can find. For more help you can ask me.
 
Try to eat foods that have less additives. If you don't know that ingredient, you probably shouldn't eat it. Especially watch for aspartame and monosodiumglutamate (msg). If you know something doesn't have genetically modified parts, you should go for that as well.
