best 2 day workout

Hi,
Due to lack of time I can workout only 2 days a week. Hence, I wanted to split the workout sessions for 2 days only. Would chest, back and legs on day 1 and Shoulders, Biceps and triceps on day 2 would be perfect.

No - you want 2 full body workouts.

warm up
dumbbell bench press
seated row
chinups
dumbbell shoulder press
deadlift
lunges
hanging leg raises/V-ups
twisted hanging leg raises/side-ups (over swiss ball)

Cool down

all 3sets of 10-12 reps.
