bent over rows

question about them .. does anyone do them with double underhand grip
.. same motion as the double overhand .. just switching the grip to hit the biceps more ? is it better to just stick with double overhand ?

The double underhand works more of the lat by taking the posterior delts out of the picture some..
 
I'd rotate.. or do whichever you feel works more (I rotate lol)..

All other rows I keep with an overhand grip though, smith, cable, etc.
 
Most people's posterior deltoids don't get hit enough. It's fine to switch them every few weeks for variety, but I prefer a wide overhand grip.
