Bench Pressing Issues

Just lyk 2 weeks ago i was maxed at 165 pounds benching, ive been dieting the same, working out the same and everything, yet now i can only max out 150 pounds at most, I dont know whats going on but i need help and please give me some thanx
 
No worries, everyone has their off days.

It could be a number of things, if your form is better, you probably won't bench as much as funny as it sounds. If you haven't slept enough that could play a factor as well. Or if your body is tired in general from any other type of activity. You said your diet is the same, but if you haven't been eating enough...that could do it too.
 
Well i havent been sleeping much come to think of it, i hope i dont go through the stage of insomnia again it sucked so bad (going to bed at 5 AM waking up at 7, sleeping in skool),and it wasnt just one day that i could bench it its been lyk a whole week, but ill try eating more, sleeping more and let me arms heal (big workout yesterday)...thanx dude ,much
 
Oh man, yeah, I think you firgured it out. A Big workout the day before coupled with little sleep will easily do it. Eat, rest, and come back strong, good luck man
