ok if you don't eat enough you won't get the body you want so listen up when we tell you eat more. figure this so many ppl telling you its not enough and only u thinking its too much so whos right??? think about it . get off the warped glass and get real before you get yourself into real trouble. stop and think about, put your emotional response aside and look at it from a different view as if your were someone else. we are older and wiser and i've been where you are and trust me it will get you NOWHERE fast. except maybe a visist to the hospital girl. get real about it ok.

Things you can do to lose more weight:

- Chop off all your hair, its hideous like boobs anyway.
- Eat 1 bean a day. The sacrifice in mass you take in, will be negated by the propellant gas you create. (Think jet-propulsion)
- Give up water, it just goes straight to your boobs anyway.
- Do you really need all 20 fingers and toes? I think not!

And neither is your situation.

So I'll have to put it the other way also: go to see a doctor. It would be a very courageous thing for you to do, courageous enough that it would make you a honourable and wise girl in my thoughts. Hey, let's put it that way, maybe the doctor would understand your points of view and acknowledge them! You have to remember, he/she is an educated person, whose purpose is to know when things are going to go okay or not with the way the client thinks about her/himself, his/her outlook and nutrition. They are people who are educated to know exactly how the client feels in his/her situation.

Just start going to a nutrition therapist and hear what the person has to say; you don't have to agree with him/her, nor should you directly disagree with or reject his/her views. That is a good thing to practise on for your life in general, and here is a good chance to exercise it. But either way you choose to follow with your own free will, have good luck with it, and remember that there are people who really care.

no that won't help but she doesn't want help any way so .... bc she has the opinion that eveyone else is wrong including professionals..*cough* and she knows everything. even though some of us have been there and are better now, it makes no difference. but thats ok bc some day she'll end up in the hospital and they will admitt her to the physc ward so that her illness can be dealt with . i only hope its not too late then. but you know at 17 - you have the world by the balls and you know way more than any stupid adult. so what do you do aevans. you try and eventually you try to shock them and its up to them to get it right. its a sad place that this girl is in, very sad indeed.
 
Zah_zah, I realize my post was a bit rude. There was a purpose though. I was going for shock value to get your attention since you seem to ignore the truth. The answer you are looking for does not exist, eating less is not the answer. There is no magic number of caloies to eat, or special exercise routine to do. I don't know how many times we can tell you that, or why we continue to bother. I guess it is because we care about you, even though we don't know you. If a bunch of strangers are worried about you, how do you think your parents feel?

It is clear that the reason for your extreme 'dieting' is for cosmetic reasons. The only way you are going to get the look you want, without getting very sick, is going to be cosmetic surgery. Even then, will you be happy?

Sorry if I offended you, but it seems no matter how many times we beat you with the truth, you just aren't getting it. Think about it.

Your goal reminds me of the horribly skinny heroin looking models that were so popular in the 90s.

What's happening is with your low caloric intake your body is starved (whether you believe it or not) and eating itself to maintain energy (the body will resort to canabolism).

Not counting calories and knowing how many calories you need for certain goals coupled with unrealistic expectations is a recipe for not acheiving anything.
 
where did you come up with those particular measurements. i think that thats an unrealistic goal. you have organs in your body that take up a certain amount of room and unless you plan on removing them there is only a certain waist measurement you will ever have. you need to see a doctor so that you can confirm that that particular size can not safely be obtained. whats wrong with the 24 waist and 35 chest??? notice that the hip measure stayed the same why?? i don't get what you are going for and i think that if by some miracle you did and were healthy(doubt it) that you will be happy with that look. how tall are you again? i don't see what is wrong with your current size- many ppl i know would be envious.maybe you should post your pic so we can get it?? you seem to think you look bad but honey i doubt it.
 
y'know Zah Zah, this might not be nice to hear, but you need to know something about those pretty models you look at. Exept from having advantages like for example; a personal nutritionist, personal trainer and make-up artists, they are also blessed with very good genes. Which means, that all the Adriana Lima's, Alessandra Ambrioso's, etc. are already naturally thin and have a body that already looks damn good to begin with. They aren't supermodels without a reason.

The ordinairy girls, like you and me, can achieve such thinness and yes we can get those measurements you just named. But those are just numbers. Because we're built differently, bones start sticking out and because of the unhealthy way of dieting, we lose muscle and look soft and jiggly. Quite unlike the toned and tight bodies of the Victoriassecret models. I know it's unfair, but that's life.

You have set an impossible goal for yourself. Please try finding another role model, someone who might not be have the same measurments, but still looks hot as hell. My rolemodels for example, are Jessica Alba and Jessica Biel. And as you can see, they are absolutely not fat, but they aren't stick thin either. And I think atleast as beautiful as those models :)
 
i dont have role models i never wanted to look like a certain person i just want to look the way i want to look and be happy, dont think its an immpossible goal i think if i lose weight i can achive it. my hip measurments stay the same cause they already shrunk when i lose weight and i dont have hardly any fat on them anymore so its alright but its just my chest and waist measurments i want to achive oh yeah by the way jenn im 5, 9
 
hey zah, i know what you mean, over the last few months i have lost 26lb by eating bearly anything, and got down to 109 (im 5'4) i want to be thinner but I dont want to get an eating disorder or anything. I started eating again and exercising but its just so hard! Ive gained weight and I panic about every time I step on the scale.
