Hey everyone!
What we eat is one of the most essential part of loosing weight. What I find difficult is staying consistent on the diet. Going to the gym five times a week isnt hard for me at all! But i dont loose weight because i havnt got the diet part. My question goes to those people who have lost alot of weight. How did you manage to control your eating habits? were you consistent in your diet? How did you not break it? im very close to getting into the right mindset to loose and drop 50 pounds! i just dont seem to get the dieting right? i feel like i have to be strickt on myself for month for it to count? do you think after the first two weeks of dieting it gets easier to resist the cravings? I find myself in this never ending loop of diet and binging, diet and binging
