Hey everyone
i`m new here and i`m glade to join this cool place with you guys
well i`m 22 years old 175 c.m height, 72 k.g weight and i`m tring to tone my body to be a model
i`ve been in gym for about a month but i need somthing like daily exercise, (i dont jog ) so i need your experience please to get me in shape ASAP.
*P.S. i dont like to have big muscles just big enough to be fit( like brad pitt in "Fight club" or little bigger so i need to lose fats on my muscles too)
