Beginner Fitness and Weight lifting questions

Ok everyone.

I am 19, 5'7" 145 lbs. I have the body type that is short and stocky. Metabolism is roughly in the medium range.

I have a benchpress with 120 lbs (which I know is not that much, but I can only do 100 max for very many reps anyway). Also, I have one of those all-in-one machines that has a pull-down bar, pull up bar, bench press, and butterfly, similar to this one:

I'd really love to get in shape. I've been reading a lot here on the forums, but I still have little knowlege about what is the best weight training routine, with the little equipment I have.

This is what I have so far:

Diet:

Eat 4 meals a day: Plenty of water and skim milk, eggs (without most of the yolks), wheat bread, chicken, and turkey(of course with other variety of things). Maybe try some Meso-tech Cookies and Cream protein bars?

Mon, Wens. Fri.:
I am going to follow this HIIT routine, to try to get rid of my belly fat, and increase cardio health:

On wieght lifting days(Tues, Thurs, Sat.):

For Warming up: Brisk Walk ~5 mins.; do 1 set 10 reps of 50% weight on major muscle groups; strech.

Insert weight routine here!!!!!

I know I should split up the major muscle groups over the three days. One of the bad things is that a lot of people talk about what exercises they are doing, but I don't know what they are referring to, nor do I know the proper way of doing it. Can you guys help me figure out a routine, or atleast show me a good website that gives excercises and there proper range of motion?

Also, I've read a little about creatine monohydrate, what do you guys think for a beginner?

Other notes about me: I don't really like fruit but I love chocolate. I'm not too big on the idea of protein shakes. I'm not sexually active, but I will be in 2~3 years.

I would love any advice about anything I've posted, or any other tips for a beginner!

Well, there are tons of good routines out there. Personally, I would advise to stay away from the typical bodybuilding routines. You'll find some good mass building routines at T-Nation. If you go to my Kettlebell Greatness link below, and good to the bottom of the page in the links section, you will find Practical Strength website. He has a tons of great programs archived there. Also, go to the articles section of DragonDoor and there are some good routines. Also, go to the Men's Health forum and in the FAQs section there are some good routines. It really depends on the equipment you have available and your goals. Good luck!

Sweet, I'll look into those links.

Man, I did the HIIT thing for the first time.... I thought I was going to die! That just motivates me more though...

I mean what if I am being chased by some bad dude in a horror film? I am going have to run full out, and then stop and let him catch up... and then run again, over and over, so I might as well be training for it.

Oh, and the kettlebell link is messed up.... when you click on it, it takes you to kettlbell, without an e.
