Beggining to tone up....

Alright, Never toned up in my life, I dont even think I should even tone up lol. But im doing it anyways.

What is a good amount of reps for each workout? (if they should be diffrent for each workout)

Im benching
Bicep curl
SOme weird tricep curl
Military press
Tricep Extensions
Close Grip bench press

Right now im doing a steady weight, 20 times. Is that good, bad, too little, too much? Thanks.
 
20 reps is way too much, you are wasting effort. pull it back to between 6-10 reps, aim for 6 with a huge weight and perfect form...dont change your weight training between bulking and cutting phases, the only thing you change is your calorie intake and amount of cardio
 
Ohhh ok, just kidding. Heh I heard wrong from other people. Then I guess Imma continue doing the same work out.
