Hey Sahil, welcome to the forum!

1. I would recommend starting with a full-body workout 3 times per week OR take that full-body routine, split it in half, and alternate which half of the workout you do each day (workout six days per week, take one day off). This way you shouldn't be targeting the same muscle groups 2 days in a row. As for reps, etc. that will depend on where you're starting. You may only start with 1 or 2 sets of anywhere from 8-15 repetitions. It really depends on your starting strength and how much weight you're using. Start on the lower end of the sets and reps with lighter weights until you have perfect form, then start to increase the weight gradually. How you progress after the first month or two really depends on your goals.

2. Yes, and you should be drinking water throughout the day, including when you workout.

3. Different parts of your body may develop at different rates, but as long as you are not doing body building type workouts, and you are making sure to include all muscle groups, then you should be fine.

4. Same answer as for #1

Have you read through the forum at all? There are some great sticky threads that can help you set up an appropriate routine.
