Befores...

Here are my before pics that my husband took for me (he orignally took one sideways, one straight on and turned around for that last, his little joke at my request for one from the side, front and back, lol) :D The side one looks a little worse than it should cause he goaded me into sticking out my tummy a bit, but hey, that will just make the afters look even better later right!

Oh, and, duh, I am 25, 5'4", and my goal is 125lbs (by May 15), start was 140lbs, currently about 137lbs.

ok, here's one after... i will get more when Lee's contest in over in June, still think I can work a little more ;)

Wow! That waist was small before, but now it's tiny!!!

You look great and it's easy to see you've worked very hard. Congrats!

Hey Jennay,

My fiance is at about 143 lbs and 5'2" (Kinda what your original situation was). She is looking to get at about 127ish... again kinda like you. Can you tell me what your program included to get to your goal? How long did it take? I appreciate any feedback... she also asked if you had any recent pics from the side to show off?

I started with an online personal trainer for my first month and she really set me on the right path. It took me about 3.5 months to get from ~140 to ~125 and I was super strict with both my diet and exercise. Diet was low carb, high protein, varying calories based on activity but never below 1300 per day. I planned everything out and measured like crazy, you can't guess. I did weight training three days a week and HIIT twice a week for the first two and a half months, then for a three week stint did a morning fasted 2.5 mile walk and full body weights three days a week. I am where I wanted to be, but still see room for improvement (like the carb tummy in the pic I attached here, seriously, I see such a difference if I have carbs, especially not so good ones!).
