Before'ish and During Pictures :]

Okayyy so as of nov.2007 I weighed a wopping 365lbs.
Although I do not contain picttures of that, I can say that I was only at the age of sixteen. O.O
When May.2008 came around I found that I had went down to 323lbs.
Only problem was I didnt mean to lol. well i guess thats not a problem.
From that point on I started my weight loss journey!
I dedicated my summer before senior year at age 17, working out and eating right.
I started with walking videos, and dieting..keeping in calorie range.
To the biggest loser dvd and cutting sugars, soda.
I got extreme once school started back up in Sept (was @ 254lbs then).
And I watched my calaries and started a Gym membership.
Now today Nov 23, 2008 (Weighing in at 208lbs);
I do an hour of cardio a day and eat within 1200 calories.
So heres some photos;
Hoping in two month, which wont happen lol;
by my eighteenth birthday, so reach my 170lbs goal.

What a weight loss....
You already lost so many weight... you can slow down a bit.....
Your Weight Loss Journey shouldn't be a depressed one...

You must lose weight and still feel good about it...

I have noticed if I ate too little calories.. My mood was going down..
Not enough energy to do all I can..
I hope you feeling better now...

You can lose weight and feeling great..... and not the hard way.. But it takes time.. Rather losing weight slowly, healthy than fast and feeling so bad.

Lookn hot chick but in one it looks like your a pot head.lol....but awsome job on the weight loss...howd ya do it? i need some motivation. i really need to tone up. married life has not been nice to me. i use to go to the gym all the time but now there just isnt enought hours n the day seems like.
