I've tried this before. It didn't work, unfortunately. I got busy with school, and loosing weight had become less of a priority. But, it is my senior year of high school, and the weight has made me insanely insecure about my body. :\ And because of recent events in my life, I've decided to make a change. Get serious about loosing weight. I even told my best friend about it and she told me she would support my decision. :) So yeah. Today i'm starting my journey( haha.. that sounds really cheesy XD ) But I honestly am super excited..

It is great that you brought your goal up to a close friend, it will help to hold you accountable this time around. Another thing that may help would be to write your goal weight down somewhere handy that you can readily view often as a reminder. If you do write down a target weight it may also be helpful to specify stepping stone weights along to way for some added motivation along the way. Good luck with your journey, it should be a good one!
