Sorry i should have said in the title Before/Current Pics....

Just thought i would post some of my more recent pictures that i have, i have just started on my workout regiment pretty much at the beginning of the New Year and i hope to keep on it until i reach my goal of 200lbs and maintain my weight there. I think that by constantly coming to this site it will help keep me more motivated. I included a pic or two of me as of like a month or two ago.

Thanks, I am working at slimming to a low 200 and toning up. I wanted to join here and help track my progress and keep me motivated. I also want to get rid of that damn second chin i have in a bunch of my pictures.

Any tips on work out tips for helping this progress faster?
 
I pretty much start off with running a mile or two, then immediately after that i get on the elliptical and do that for about 30 minutes with usually comes out to 2 1/2 miles. Then head to the machine room and do all the workouts that i remember from football and from one of my buddies. I have been using the machine room because I am done with my classes by 12 everyday and if i go any later than 2 it starts to get real packed at our REC center so i havent been able to use the free weights room much.
