HI ALL :)
you may remember me, well i've had a few months of exercise and its not good :( so im on the road again!
my goals 110 so i've got 37 lbs to lose, hoping to do this in 6mths!

well heres my current photos (UGH!)

this is so embarassing :((
ignore my tree trunk legss..



mandatory undies shot so i can see myself changing...



and what i'd like to look like eventually (minus such predominant hip bones)
 
i think you look fine already!

good luck though I dont think it'll be hard for you to get where you want to be.
 
Ummm...WTF? You look good right now, why would you wanna lose 37 IBS? If you really are set on losing more, maybe 10 IBS. Just stating my opinion. :smash: But good luck...I guess.
 
Blah ppl can be soooo HARSH either way.

We all have our own perspectives of goals, body issues. If you want to lose the weight, and build some muscle to reposition your body shape, I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

You have a GREAT smile right now. You're Gorgeous, and you WILL SUCCEED!! Keep us updated! :)

look great already. nothing wrong with some weightloss and toning through healthy means. 37 lbs seems like a lot though. try not to over do it.

:iagree: You already look great. If you wanted to tone up some more maybe (though not even much needed of that), but I REALLY don't see the need for weight loss. But, yeah, definitely not the protruding hip bones please. :biggrinjester:

i agree with runninggirl.

we all have different goals and expectation of ourselves that others might not see.. and i know for sure that is one of yours.. because i have many people told me the same thing, i look great but i dont feel great.. i respect that :) good luck on losing.
 
You look good now, but I mean I don't think its strange you would want to take off some weight. You aren't nearly as big as most people here, yea, and you look like you are at a healthy weight, but I don't see anything unhealthy about your goal.

Good luck and keep at what will make you happy as long as its healthy.
 
essentially reciprocating what others have said, I think you look fine right now but everyone has their goals ^^. 6 months of plenty of time to reach your goal weight,
 
I totally get it. I wasn't really that overweight when I started on my fitness plan, but I knew there was room for improvement. I just wanted to get toned and healthy. Both my dad and my bf (but more so my dad) were worried I was heading towards an eating disorder (which was so annoying when all I was doing was being HEALTHIER!), but now that I've lost the weight, maintained it for almost a year, and have done nothing but made sensible choices, my bf is really proud of me, thinks I look really hot, and is glad I don't aspire to being a bag of bones lol :p I don't know what my dad thinks (we don't talk about it 'cause it used to get us into arguments), but he has only been saying positive things now, so I think he's realised I AM being sensible after all.

Keep positive about yourself though. You do not have tree trunk legs. What really helped for me was that when I began the plan I already liked myself. I thought positively and I told myself that I was already hot, could just get even hotter with a bit of work. Low self esteem is no help.

If you are gonna be such a downer, you could at least abbreviate pounds properly. (Hint: IBS is Irritable Bowel Syndrome, LBS is pounds)
 
I would say you need a better (more unflattering) picture. No cute hip pose, undies, or glare would help get your point across. You do have some curve under your belly and your inner thighs have weight there. You remind me of my cousin, who also has a very circular rib/abdomen (not the flat/oval people desire). How tall are you?
