Hello everyone,

I am very excited to add my new photo. I am not fully 100 percent done, but close enough that I can add these photos. I have 10-13 pounds left.

Wow!! Gorgeous! If I may ask, how tall are you? You don't look like you need to lose any more. :)

Hey Sarin, I am 5'4". So my ideal weight for my body is between 120-135. Thats without going too far. My doctor said that was fine, but on some websites and other sources they go wayyyyy below and I dont think thats the best.

You look fantastic! We have the same body type & I'm at your starting weight now, if you don't mind me asking, what size chest were you before and what are you now? Also, how did you do it? & how long did it take you? This is very inspiring because I definitely see myself in you!

I was a 36D. I can now wear a 34D or 32D. (on biggest setting). So They didnt change much at all. They are for sure a bit smaller.
I followed the canadian food guide (for my height and weight). Basically. 3 protein servings, 2-3 veggies, 2-3 fruits, 2 fats, 1 dairy, 2 starches and a very small treat everyday. Servings are like 4 oz of raw meat, or 1 cup of veggies etc. I've been on this plan since September. I lose about 1-2 pounds each week. Since I am so close to my goal, its a bit harder now.

Did you actually weigh out all your portions? & thats great for that amount of time! Did you do a lot of exercise as well or mainly watching what you eat?

Yes. I bought a really cool scale that you put in codes for food and it'll weigh it and tell you how many calories etc. The biggest thing that helped is drinking 2-3 L of water per day. As well as going low sodium.
It really does help. Weeks where i drank more, i lost more. I used to be a dancer so I've always been very active. I work out 3-5 times per week. hot yoga, zumba, treadmill, videos.
