I apologize in advance that I'm only in underwear in the photos. When I took them I never planned on showing them publicly and they're the only photos I've taken.
In January 2009, I weighed 97.6kg (215lbs) I decided to start walking 30 minutes a day and eating better - I used to live off take-away and chocolate - I stopped eating take-away completely, but had a chocolate a couple times a week (the red/lite Mars Bars only). The walking lasted a month or so because I started uni and I didn't really have time. I managed to maintain for a few months and then I started doing 30 minutes on the exercise bike, then 45-60 minutes, but I plateau'd in December at 86kg (189.6lbs) and stopped exercising until March 2010.
Anywho... I've managed to lose weight since then, even before I started exercising again. I've lost about 8cm each off my chest, waist and hips. At the moment I'm trying out work-out dvd's because I'm sick of the exercise bike.
Before - 10 Feb 2009 (side is from the 4th) at 97.6kg/215lbs
Now - 21 March 2010 at 83.1kg/183.2lbs
