Well I started officially tracking my weightloss July 18 2007 at 315 lbs. I hit my first goal today of 250 lbs. Here are some photos of the changes to this point. More to come later this year.
Let me just say.... I want to be the first to rock a "Future Mrs Paul" shirt. hahaaaa!!! Look at you, honey!! That's a huge difference! You look fabulous.... now go ahead and send "the other pic" to my PM. LMAO
Are you serious when you say you can't see a difference? I see a huge difference. You carried your weight very well--I would expect someone of your height and weight to look much bigger at 320. And at 250--well, you look great!
I want one of those future Mrs. Paul shirts..haha. I just told Sheryl we need to move somewhere where we can have more than one husband... I need a harem.
Doh! I should have mentioned that I guess.
All I've really done is watch how much I eat. Count my calories and watch my sodium intake. Do better on the cals than the sodium I've been at 1800-2000 cals per day and I've been slowly but surely averaging 1-2 lbs per week. I cut out all sodas. Not had a drop since June 07. I exercise in some way at least 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Still haven't joined a gym yet though. Basically just watch the portions of what I eat. Use more calories than I take in.
My next goal is to get to at least 200lbs. Probably 199 so I can at least say I'm under 200
