Current weight is.... 180 lbs, which is quite odd because I was 185 at last week.

I really need to strengthen my stabilizer muscles as well as my back and ab region, as you can see. Any suggestions, or comments on how to make my unfit self look fit would be appreciated as well. I'll update this in two weeks to see if anyone notices any progress.

You need to start lifting Weights!


I believe everyone can benefit from lifting - but your body screams for lifting! You can already see the future contours - just get lifting and you will see a great body in no time!
