I jus thought i'll post a few pics after much much much thought... I need a third party opinion and some reassurance. is there even a little bit improvement
The first pic is me at 77kgs
The second is me at 74kgs
I was jus goofing around with my cam. I tried on one of my old tops and click this last pic. I'm at 73kgs as of today and this top fits better. so yay!

I see a marked difference...dunno if its cos of da clothes u wearing...well fitted clothing makes us look slimmer
