Before and Inbetween: 232 to 162 and beyond

I thought I would be brave and post some pics. They are headless so I'm still not that brave!

I run 3 miles 5 days/week and sometimes do a weight workout. Also I cut way back on my eating. I'm 5'4.This has taken a few years, but the good thing about going slow is (I'm hoping) it gives the skin time to shrink. One of my goals was to get rid of the back rolls, I'm about 95% there.

Your pics are great - you can certainly see the changes! Well done!!

Yeah, it's best to do this slowly. Some people lose patience after not seeing the results they want immediately and that's unfortunate :( Loose skin is certainly in the back of a lot of minds when it comes to significant weight loss. Even after you reach your goal by doing it the right way, it may still take a year or so to see the skin improve.

I'll be looking at contour surgery for myself once I reach my goal because I have a significant amount that all the strength training in the world won't correct, but I may still have to wait about a few months before surgery just to see if it improves at all.

You're doing great though! Good luck and keep us posted :D

I LOVE that website, just been on there for a little bit, and I'm going to have another look at some more stories now...
