Ok...so my story...put simply. I'm 30 and been overweight my eitire life. I dont really have any family issues or childhood things to blame for it. I just have always simply over eaten. I love food! I've had to come to terms with that and decide for me and my family...that i've got to get healthy..so thats what i'm doing!
The before pic is from Christmas 2010 before i started any kind of exercising. The second is from April 2011 at 38lbs down. I started my weight loss journey in jan of 2011. Lost a total of 50lbs up until May. When summer hit, I lost all motivation and gained back about 25lbs. Jan of this year I got back on track. I'm currently 42 lbs down from my beginning weight of 341. Trying to get back to that 50 and beyond! And if anyone has any pointers on how to get rid of the saggy jiggly arms...i'm all ears!!
