Before and In Between...

Hello! My name is CJ, and I have always had weight problems. It has been an emotional roller-coaster for me because of it, but, back in May, 2009, I decided to try and take control, attempting the seemingly impossible task of becoming healthy and fit.

Now, 9 months later, I may not have reached my end-goal, but I feel that I should post something to mark my progress...

Stats:
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Height: 5' 10.5"
Weight from around May, 2009: ~ 230 to 240 pounds (I don't know for sure)
Current Weight: 180 pounds

So I have lost about 50 pounds, and my current goal is to be totally fit (or very close to this) come the end of summer!

Wow! That's great progress, you're looking markedly different. Though, gotta say, you should be smiling in the second photo! You're winning! :)

I have been taking it slowly too - losing about 1.5 lbs per week - just like you. So far I've lost a little over ten pounds. Keep up the good work slowly but surely WORKS.
