Ok I have gone from 220 which was what I was at in december 2007 to 185 in feb 2008 just shought I would post some pics

I will eventually post more just thought that I would post these as I dont see that much diffrence but all my clothes do not fit down from an 18 to a 14 but I still see the same old fat me in the mirror!
