First picture is me at around 90kg (200lbs), second is me at 76kg (171lb)

The pictures aren't a very good comparison I know being at different angles and what not. I think I will start making more 'scietific' ones in the mirror so in a year's time I can look back on myself.

I would love to hear your critiques!! To help motivate me

I am currently at 78kg and getting back on track after Christmas!

Thanks for your replies!

You have done Great, but I really wouldn't recommend losing any more weight. You look good for your frame and height!!

You've done great and you look great. Your current pic looks like a very good weight for you. The only thing I'd suggest is resistance training (Bow Flex is awesome) and nutrition guided towards building muscle mass. That will add some lean muscle which will keep your metabolism higher and make it easier to maintain.

Thanks everyone!

I do definitely need to increase my muscle mass, will look into that.

Thanks to those who said I don't need to lose any more weight but I can tell you that without the t-shirt on its a whole different story ;)

I need to lose about 25lbs to be in the middle of a normal BMI
