so this is what ive worked out for a MONTH everyday for an hour for!
i dont see a difference.. at all..
my spirit is broken..
tell me what u guys think
 
First off, IMO you are already "Better" off then most americans;). Aswell I believe i can tell a major difference in the arms and upper thighs especially.:)
Secondly, It has only been a month. That is far to little time to become broken. Buck up:) If you believe you are stuck or hit a road block. We are here to help in any way possible. Maybe a small change in diet,exercise or overall calories is all you need. More then likely you just need a little more patience. In any case you will reach your goal, its just a matter of time ;).
 
I can see it in your arms as well, I would be happy just to look like you do in your before picture. :) Keep it up, and don't be so hard on yourself.

what if i cut my workouts down to 40 mins.. but really worked out hard.. would that be better.. or worse???
 
That truly depends on what exactly you are doing in that 40 minute time frame.

We can't really tell you without more specifics ;).

Well, IMHO, your boobs look smaller, your waist looks neater and that makes it look higher up, which makes you legs look longer! If that makes any sense at all! Also your legs look a LOT more toned, showing that you have reduced the fat there significantly, I think!

Yeah, it's not a shockingly dramatic difference, but considering your fairly slim anyway, and it's *only* been a month- don't stress! I think your doing great, just keep on going consistently, and don't let *false* feeling of failure get in the way of your goal :)
 
i hate that the first thing to go is the boobs! thats retarded!

for 40 minutes i will be doing cardio on my elliptical.. and try to work in a little bit of HIIT too.. but at a reasonable intensity... not till i pass out like some other people..

ahahaha, i know! when i work out, i'll lose two inches off my waist, but my boobs will go from full D's, to barely C's...:(

I would hit the weights!

Has your weight changed at all? What about measurements?
 
I can certainly see a difference. What I find is that because you look at yourself every day and probably analyze photos of yourself to the furthest extent possible, it is really difficult for you to assess or recognize a substantial change. Like Steve said, what are you doing for weight training? As far as the elliptical or other cardio, have you tried interval training? It's the best way to blast calories and prevents your body from 'becoming accustomed' to the same daily cardio routine.

AS far as losing it in the bust, I have gone down almost an entire size since coming home in September! I had to have my wedding dress taken in BIG TIME in the boobs- it stinks, doesnt it!!! Best of luck and keep the faith- unfortunately, its much easier to put the weight on than take it off- take care and good luck x

one month is nothing.
Try weight trainer. Your body will change and mold to the way you want it too with some strength training!

Keep it up, like someone else said, a month isnt that long...feels like it, but really it isnt....

You look ABOUT the same relative size, but you look like you've toned up a lot!
I definitely see a difference.

Don't be discouraged.

Your chest, your arms, your legs, your waist-- they all look in better shape.
