I can certainly see a difference. What I find is that because you look at yourself every day and probably analyze photos of yourself to the furthest extent possible, it is really difficult for you to assess or recognize a substantial change. Like Steve said, what are you doing for weight training? As far as the elliptical or other cardio, have you tried interval training? It's the best way to blast calories and prevents your body from 'becoming accustomed' to the same daily cardio routine.
AS far as losing it in the bust, I have gone down almost an entire size since coming home in September! I had to have my wedding dress taken in BIG TIME in the boobs- it stinks, doesnt it!!! Best of luck and keep the faith- unfortunately, its much easier to put the weight on than take it off- take care and good luck x
