Unfortunately I'm not brave enough to post pictures of me in my undies yet. Haha... But here are my face pictures. The before pic was taken on December 2, 2007. It was about 1 week into my diet and I had already lost 11 pounds, putting me at 253 pounds. The last picture was taken about 20 minutes ago (January 12, 2008) at 233.4 pounds. In the 7 weeks on my diet, I have lost a total of about 30 pounds. I have gone from a size 24 to a size 20.
My diet basically consists of 1200-1300 calories a day, lower fat foods, and more fiber. I don't do a lot of exercise at the moment but I am buying an elliptical (my favorite machine) and have made sure that I stay more active than I used to be. I had gotten into the habit of recording the calories for everything I ate either on paper or online, but I have now learned how many calories are in just about everything I eat and I calculate it all in my head. I eat much less and I can finally feel when I get full! Honestly, this forum has been my biggest inspiration. I wouldn't have started if I hadn't seen all the inspirational before, during, and after pictures. I'm the type of person that likes quick results, and then I realized that if I just stick to it and have a little bit of self control (who am I kidding, I mean A LOT of self control, lol) I can see those results that everyone else was seeing in themselves. I have a long way to go, but I'm sticking to it! =D
