Before and Current

New here, these are my recent "before" and "current" - not great images, but you get the point. I don't like to think of "after" because I don't know quite what that means.

Anyway, I am down about 40 pounds through cutting out bread, pasta, potatoes, rice and candy, and lifting weights and doing spin classes regularly.

Still a ways to go, but at age 53 I am feeling pretty good.
