Here are some pics of where my weight loss journey has taken me so far. These two pictures are about 3 years apart, with a lot of start and stop efforts along the way, finally going strong and committed in the last half a year.........

can you see a difference?......

Way to go dude! The difference is obvious and amazing! Good luck on getting to your final goal!
 
I see a massive difference! Good for you, you should be VERY proud of yourself.
