Before and Almost there (26.7kgs down)

Hi everyone,


Have posted on here a few times but it's been a while since my last post.


My starting weight was 82kgs, I'm not 56.7kgs and goal weight is 52kgs.... so close but still feels so fast away as it's taking a long time to drop the rest.


I've lost 131.5cms, have gone from size 16 to size 9.


I have a personal trainer who I see for 1 hr 2-3 times a week, I also do classes like RPM and BodyPump.


I was on a meal replacement shake diet for around 9 months and then stopped losing weight, so I've switched to the cabbage soup diet which has helped me drop a little more.


It has taken me 13 months to get to where I am (though I had 3 months off shakes and exercise when traveling)

Did you eat normally during your three months travelling? How did you find maintaining your weight loss during that time?
 
Yep I ate normally, not as healthy as I said I would but it was okay because I didn't put on any weight, I also didn't do any exercise during that time
