I wanted to get some ideas on what I could work on to get more cut. I am currently eating six meals a day 3 snacks and 3 regular meals. Running around 5 to 6 miles a day 5 days a week. Also doing Power Flex classes 2 nights a week with my running. 1 night I do a BOXING class. I just don't see the results in my pictures. I have a distorted view of myself image which is not healthy. I have always wanted to be the guy that could walk outside with no shirt and feel comfortable with my body, and I just don't know if I feel this way yet.!!! If you could give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks:hug2:

LIFTING WEIGHTS!!!!!

Best Wishes...

When you're lifting are you lifting to the point of muscle failure?

In order to change your muscles they have to be challenged. If you can lift something for longer than a minute without muscle failiure, then you need to up the weight.

Good luck, and you look great!

Thanks

I wanted to thank all the people so far that responded. If I could get more people to give me some ideas that would be even more helpful with my journey. Thanks:jump:

biggest thing is to get your BF% down. It wasn't until I was under 10% that I started to have abs and its taken me to get to 7% to have real solid defenition. So run alot high cardio and eat very very clean low fat meals.

weight training should be high rep over and over again till failure with medium set weights. Hyper trophy training will give you the look that you are talking about. After that you can switch training to more heavy weight low reps to build bulk and size.

Good information so far!!

I wanted to thank Ironman for the info!!! Thanks bro, I also wanted to thank Nemesis & Chestnut for the kind words... I really appreciate it!:jump:
