Not a huge change but I was damn bloated from going out to eat alot and not working out at all.
I currently eat right on weekdays and cheat once in a while on weekends.
I like weights 5-6 days a week and abs every other day.
I was doing cardio for a few months but I stopped, I feel no need to do anymore of it.
