Before || After *pix*

Alright just look at pic names and you'll c how they go. The first 1 is from 8 months ago the second is from 1 month after starting to work out (weight lifting 3 times a week). The last 3 pix are taken 2day after a full 3 months of weight lifting 3 times a week and the last couple of weeks I added in cardio to my workout. Runs here and tehre along with the bike at the gym. I personaly think my body looks a HELL of alot better not on camera. I dont really see much of a difference but it could b because im skeptical or because there really isn't one.
PPLZZ give me input and HONEST input. thank you =)

Give it another 3 months and then compare. I know that it seems some people make wonderful gains in the first 3 months but a lot of the changes are due to dietary changes.

It generally takes about 12 weeks of consequtive lifting in order to start hypertrophing. You need some size to you, not a chiseled 6 pack.

Ya for sure. I don't think the pictures really help out alot to see the difference but I can deffinetly see alot of inprovement in person and i'v had compliments on the differences people have seen. I haven't really worked abs all that hard at all so now i'm going to start doing that. I also didn't really start eating that well till just a couple of weeks ago and like you said now that i'v worked out for aproximatly 3 months or so i'll be able to really start loading up on the muscle :D

Oh by the way.. What excactly should I be doing thien evolution like, Should I continue the low calorie/high cardio and keep looseing fat or should I start eating alot and beefing up with alot of calories and like you know .. protiene/fats/carbs etc etc? I really don't want to look the way I do anymore I just wish I looked nice and toned for **** sake. It honestly does piss me off alot..

ps - I whent from about 176lbs to 170lbs in weight and I am 6"0. I'm wondering if i should still loose more  cuz it seems i still have belly fat

uhmm i dont know anything about diets.. lol, but i can tell you have good potential with your abs.. look at the 1 month of working out pix but imagine cut abs.. ;-D
how much are u benching btw?
well im off to train for track :-D

Ya thnx. My stomach looks better after 3 months you just can't really see it in that pic. I think it'd be awsome to be real cut. I'll have to get to work on it but i'm not sure if that just means doing hella ab work or eating right. I'm sure its both but iono if i should loose more weight or stay the same or what. I whent from 176 to 170 already in the past couple weeks im wonderin if i should loose some more =/

yeah its definatly both :-D its also doing cardio to reduce BF. there isnt any magic potion for it :) hard work pays off...

Ya I mean I know about cardio combined with what you eat in that kitchen and weight lifting all makes thiem abs among other muscles pay off. Its all about the BF% and what not but I almost feal stuck in a rut with theim. I guess i'll just keep doing what I'm doin. Hopefully evolution or someone like that can tell me if they think I should be doing as much cardio as im doin with the 1800 cals or so i'm eating and the weightlifing or start not doing as much cardio and beefing up in muscle with more food.

Well, at 1800 calories you'll be in a caloric deficit which will help you loose weight. I'm not quite sure what your activity level looks like but if your goal at the moment is to lose fat just keep lifting, doing cardio, and keep the low calories.

Personally I would work on adding some size and up the clean calories-
oatmeal, eggs, chicken, salmon, turkey, low fat cottage cheese, berries, and vegetables. You're not carrying a lot of fat on you but your goals are yours and not mine-so just stick with what you want.

If you're going to a gym, you can get your bf% checked and that would help in determing how many calories you need to do what.

You pay 22$ at my gym for a BF% thing so u know what yours is plus it covers a few other things and u gotta make an appointment for it. I'll do it but in the mean time could someone guess my BF% as of date. I obviosuly flexed in thoughs pix. Camera ads like 5 - 10 lbs or w/e aswel. I look more chunky in thoughs for sure thien normal but w/e.
Also I gotta decide if i wanna bulk up now or keep looseing fat. I just want to do w/e makes you more toned and abl to see abs and **** but I guess that could be ether. What do you guys suggest ?

No one can GUESS your bf%. Sorry. It won't be acurate.

Well a guess isn't accurate but I'v seen people with a history of training being able to "guess" someones bf%. Even if its a couple off I was curious if I'm more like 13-14% or more like 15-18% or what. I'm guessing around 15%.

Fuelsofar, to answer your previous question, on Vertical Bench Press (the machine) I bench 200lbs, 8 reps.
