@Nick
I didnt do any exercise. I work as a waitress in busy restaurant, and I go to morning and evening school, so my days are rather energy consuming already.

I only used diet to lose weight. The diet wasnt so strict, I could eat sweets or dine out occasionally.

But most of the time, this is what I ate;

Morning;
-coffee

day;
-red bull
-cecar salad with grilled chicken

evening;
-1dl yogurt
-hot chocolate

+
I drank mineral water through the day.
If I started to feel nausea, I would take a little bit of salt. Feels better immediately.

yea, I agree, your diet is very poor. Theres a serious lack of vitamins and nutrients. You said your only doing this diet to lose weight. Your falling into the classiic snowball effect. Your going to go off this diet once you've lost your weight and probably gonna gain it back. Those, what 500 calories is not going to keep you going for long. You need to work on creating a diet that you will maintain for the rest of your life! not just long enough to lose a few pounds.

yes id definitely call that starving yourself, especially with your fast paced job
im a waitress too and i could never eat that little running around a restaurant, i'd probably faint...

Congratulations on your weight loss! I too am a little concerned if that is what your daily intake looks like. A great way to get some much needed nutrients into the diet without sacrificing health would be to add in some fruit and veggies. My favorites are bananas, apples, grapes, carrots, and pickles!

Wow you look amazing.! cant believe 30lb lost makes u look so tiny, not that you were big b4, your just the size i want to be !

This is going to sound harsh and probably a bit extreme, and you can take it however you want to, but you are starving yourself and it WILL NOT benefit you long term. You are on track for either gaining all of the weight (plus more) back, or worse, a very serious eating disorder. Not to mention the fact that you are seriously malnourishing your poor little body.
I started out doing exactly the same thing as you, except I was doing about 3 hours of exercise a day as well. After a few months I broke and began binging, which eventually led to full-on bulimia. I have had bulimia for about 8 months now and I can't tell you how much of a struggle it has been. I am extremely concerned for you because eating disorders like bulimia and anorexia often begin through a period of extreme dieting. I wouldn't wish my life right now on anyone else, and I really don't want to see you go through this struggle. Trust me, it is not worth it.
Please, do whatever you can to get this in order. Go see a dietician, your doctor, a counselor, anybody. But, please, start feeding your body again. You are worth the health that you are depriving yourself of right now.
I am also really NOT pleased with some of the comments. "wow you look amazing" and "keep it up you look fantastic" are such a bullshit comments...it's comments like these that fuel things like eating disorders and low self esteem. It's as if the fact that this beautiful young woman is starving herself doesn't matter just because she "looks great". Well news flash people, she looked great before she lost that weight...but how will she look when her body starts falling apart because it is so lacking in the basic nutrition it needs?

Eek, that's um, scary. Why are you starving yourself? I'm joining the many others (on this board and I'm hoping in your life) that are concerned about your health. It's one thing to "look fit" but from your description of what your eating, you are anything but healthy. Please, please take some time to talk to people about this and start eating actual food.
Moderators- is this the kind of before and after pics you want to keep here to inspire others?

You looked great before, but you look great now as well!
I'm hoping to work towards close to what you are, from close to what you were, and am less than an inch shorter than you, so you serve as an inspiration!
