Heres my story.

I was a really skinny kid up until middle school, thats when I started to gain weight, by the time high school came around I was a chubster. After high school it got worse, I continued to gain weight on a diet of candy, macncheese, and junk food. I for some reason have no sensor in my body that tells me I'm full, I can eat a large pizza by myself and feel fine it really sucks. Well at my highest point I weighed close to 300lbs and at 6'1 it was taking a tole on my body. I was having back problems, my left leg would go numb after walking around for more than and hour. It was time to do something. At first I started casually going to they gym just too shoot a basketball around, and slowly I started doing it almost 5 times a week for around an hour, then after doing that a couple months I noticed that I lost almost 15lbs and that got me going to the gym more and only playing basketball, I literally got on the treadmill once or twice the whole time. After 6 months I started watching what I eat, ditching the carbs, sweets, beer, and other junk and started eating breakfast. I've lost 94 lbs, and still looking too loose more. I'm having a difficult time with stubborn fat in my chest, that gives me man boobs, but I hope that will come off in time.

Hi, I was looking through forums to try and find same height males who were about my weight (im about 245 now) so I could find after pictures to see what I might look like, worried about loose skin on my tummy after weight loss.

Your latest pic looks great, I doesn't look like you're hiding any loose skin which gives me some hope for losing that much weight and not looking too bad afterwards.

Great job man, I just wanted to let you know how much it helps people like me to see the success stories and keep me motivated to lose it.

You look awesome! Congratulations on your success so far, I'm sure you'll make your goal. You're doing it the right way which will help you keep it off in the long run. Good luck with the rest of your journey and be sure to keep us posted.
