Before (240) and during (219); goal 175 by December

I posted an intro thread when I began my weight loss in May, then began keeping a diary in the diary forum when I started at the gym. I've been trying to loose weight mainly through cardio at the gym and staying around 2,000 calories a day.

This forum has been a lot of help when it comes to motivation. Almost every waking hour of my day is spent thinking about when I'm going to the gym, what I'm going to eat (really, what I'm NOT going to eat) and how I'll hopefully be 2-3 pounds lighter at the end of the week.

I've been trying to keep track of my weight since about the middle of last year when I realized I needed to begin my weight loss but never put the effort into it. Here's a copy of the table to date.

I've dropped from a size 42" pants to a size 38". Here's a picture of my belt. The first bar is showing the hole I used to be at. The middle bar is where I got down to for the longest time (as evident by how bent that area is) and the last bar where the stylus is sticking through is the hole I had to make myself and where I am at now.

Anyways, I've lost 21 pounds so far and here's my before and during.

So I'm about 1/3 of the way there. Hopefully by December I will be proudly updating with my 175 pictures. :) When I reach my goal, I will then decide whether I want to loose more or try bulking up.

this relates to me i starter mines on june 23 (6 weeks so far)

ive gone down from 245 to 215 so far

and i have the same experienced as you, i be happy every tusday i weigth my self am 3 - 4 pounds ligther

meng keep it up my goal its 180

tomorrow its my day hopefully am at 211 woooooo

i think ive lost more then you because am 16
