Before (190) & After (126)

Here is my before, in between, and after picture. I still want to lose 10 - 15 pounds before college in a couple of months. I've been slacking though, to lose the last of my weight I need to actually exercise consistently and I haven't found any programs that I've liked. :p

Whats your weight in the picture one year ago? From your subject line I can guess your start wt at 190 and your current weight at 126 but would like to know how much you weighed in the 1 year ago picture.

How long did it take you to lose this weight? Did you follow any special diet.

Good job and good luck towards loosing the last few pounds. You have come so far I am sure you will be get to your final goal.

Thank you everyone. :) In the middle picture I'd probably say I was around 145, if I'm remembering right.

I first started off using Weight Watchers. I didn't actually attend meetings, I just did the points thing. It was very helpful in helping me find out what things were good to eat, and what things weren't. Eventually I strayed away from it because I thought I was educated enough to make my own choices about food. I actually got motivated from someone's food journal I found through Google. I saw how much weight they were losing, and thought if they could do it, then I could too. :p

I started losing weight in September of 11th grade, and at 126 I just finished my senior year of high school.
