Ok, I haven't been here for ages, but I do remember talking with you and reading your journal when I was making an attempt to live a healthier lifestyle. Well, it fell through, and I didn't get anywhere.

I just wanted to poke my head in here after viewing your pics and reading this thread and just give you a shout. You look absolutely amazing! Keep up the great work! You're gorgeous!

Wow, thank you so so much! Welcome back... i believe you will be here to stay this time! I started in sept 2008..... fell off the wagon... and then Feb 2009... IT WAS ON..... and i cant bring myself to stop since. Everyone has their time when they are ready.... now might be yours! Thanks for stopping by!:waving:
 
Answer to Ques: "How did you do it"

Hey guys, I dont want to ignore questions like how did you do this or how can i do this too. Its alot of changes i made in my life for the better that made it happen for me.... i kept a very active and detailed journal on here for one.... and wrote ALL KINDS of struggles, triumphs, things that i did to work out that helped me... and foods I ate. i just figured posting the link is easiest. I am in NO WAY an expert on all of this.... but there were a few people who inquired so i wanted to be sure i shared my story too......

Just wanted to post what will likely be my last set of 'progress pictures'.

Ill still be around and posting... but pictures and what not have not really changes too much since about 6 months ago... so its time to stop picking myself apart in photos ;)
