Awesome progress man! You completely transformed your body.
What are your arm and chest measurements
 
don't know my measurements...i have gone from 58 to 76 kilos tho :)
dont like my chest much but you think its good??? but yeah i did the basics.

Flat Bench
Incline Bench
Dumb bell Bench
Cable cross overs
Dumb bell Flys

Strongest part of my body is my back easy.
 
That's pretty cool, I remember when you joined and weighed less than my lunch ;)

Can you not oil up for the next progress update though, I feel kinda dirty after looking at those

EDIT: Oh, and yeah your chest looks a lot better. It could do with a bit more bulk but it's moved on a hgell of a lot from where you were, it looks far more 'full' now

lol....some one made a comment about that in my last pictures as well :yelrotflmao: Its oil that i put on myself three times a day called Bio oil. Its for my stretch marks
 
yep apply it to places you think stretch marks are appearing or don't want them to appear 2-3 times a day and it will help prevent them and dim them down heeps. you need to stick with it tho and don't expect results strait away. Its all about keeping the skin moist so it doesent stretch. Stretch marks are a combination of thin skin and growing to fast but apparently the plus side to thin skin is great vascularity or how ever its spelt :)
 
been bulking this whole time and never done a cut cycle.
